Managers at all levels are responsible and accountable for health and safety matters and for ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and guidelines. It is the duty of every employee to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions and to co-operate with management on the safety, health and welfare of employees as a whole. Our philosophy on health and safety is that - Successful Health and Safety management and control will lead to a successful business environment.

Management believe that, given such care and co-operation by employees, it is possible to conduct our operations in such a way that injury to employees, and loss or damage to property can be reduced to a minimum or eliminated completely. To achieve these objectives, the Group commits to implement the following health and safety strategies:

• Ensuring that Health and Safety considerations are given prevailing status over other business considerations.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations and other requirements relating to the oil and gas industry operations.
• Applying a systematic approach to health and safety management including setting strict Health and Safety objectives and performing regular audits and reviews to reduce incidence of negative health and safety practices.
• Designing our workplaces to minimize the risks to personnel and developing work practices to further reduce the risks as low as reasonably practicable.
• Developing communication channels to ensure that health and safety policies and objectives are understood by all our personnel, contractors and customers, and to actively seek their input and feedback.
